Calumet was otherwise known as Calumet Photographic, Inc or Calumet Manufacturing Company was based in Chicago, IL. The company was best known for making cameras from the early 1940s up to and until the 1980s when the company outsources its manufacturing to the Netherlands. Calumet filed for bankruptcy and ultimately went out of business in the late twenty-teens.
