2020 Proline 16ft All Aluminum Custom Build O/B Live Production Trailer

This is a ready-to-work mobile production unit suited for sports, events, concerts or church live broadcast and streaming deployment. This is a complete turnkey production solution available with Sony broadcast cameras, Multidyne fiber support and all support gear. FEATURES:

Starting with the basic trailer design for the custom build we added:

Base Trailer & Upgrades

1. All-aluminum Proline 16′ trailer (custom order).
2. Walk-on roof (usable as a camera platform), roof ladder.
3. +6″ interior ceiling height.
4. Awning.
5. 15,000 BTU A/C with heat strip.
6. Cam-lock bar doors; aluminum gravel guards; added exterior “scene” lighting on all sides; additional interior lighting.
7. 50A power upgrade split into two legs: one for critical systems, one for HVAC/120V Edison outlets.

Construction Details

1. Floor and 4″ up the sidewalls sealed with hard-drying latex rubber before vinyl-laminate flooring.
2. 3.5K galvanized Dexter Torflex axle.
3. “Floating” desk-rack system designed to reduce vibration transfer (wood/rubber/poly stages).
4. Materials, cabling, and marine-grade connections selected for durability and safety.

Engineering / Ops Layout

1. TD station: desk-rack switcher with SmartHub Master Control Pro expanding 10 inputs to 40.
2. Shading: position with CCU/RCP and scopes.
3. Production area: space for a 6-person team (TD, Director, EVS, GFX, A1, Shading).

I/O & Expansion

1. Patchbay with 12x fiber inputs and 8x HD/SDI inputs; additional 6RU available in the I/O bay for modular expansion.
2. Network connections labeled for primary/secondary internet, booth-kit sends/returns, HDMI program and multiview outputs, and RCP connectivity.

Fiber & Signal Transport

1. Rackmount fiber converter chain and additional RX/TX converters.
2. Approx. 30,000′ dual-channel tactical ST fiber on multiple reels (e.g., 2,000′ / 1,000′ / 500′).

Wireless Video

1. Walk-on roof supports deployment of a high-gain receive antenna for wireless camera links.

Audio

1. Enclosed audio room with a 24-channel board plus server and 8-channel controller for ATEM audio control (34 channels total).

Storage / Lighting

1. Trailer has been garage-stored (climate controlled).
2. 360° exterior scene lighting aids night load-outs; added running/visibility lighting for roadway safety.
