Comes with original box, paper work, lens hood, front and back caps. This lens has been sitting in the background of my Zoom meetings in my studio for awhile not getting any use. I haven't had a Canon camera in a while and had only used it on occasion with a few weddings for speeches or C Cam during Ceremony on my Z Cam/Sony.
