So whats new with the Lume Cube 2.0 system?

The big new feature with the 2.0 system is the all new modification frame. This frame fits both versions of the Lume Cube and allows for light modifiers to be stacked and attached to the end of the light. This gives the user the ability to create cool lighting effects adding a little bit extra to their videos or photos. Another new feature of the new Lume Cube is the light itself. The 2.0 boasts an LED light with a color accuracy of 95 CRI. For perspective, 100 is the highest a light can score on the CRI scale, which is used to measure the color accuracy of a light. This makes the Lume Cube 2.0 great for lighting a subject, particularly a person, since the color temperature is so accurate. Another great feature of the this system is the new Low Light Mode. This allows the user to adjust the light in 1% increments. This gives the user the ability to create stunning long exposure shots! Therefore this is a great added feature!! When you pair all of this with the fact that the 2.0 has a battery life of 90 minutes at full brightness, an 80 degree beam angle, and it's waterproof up to 10 meters, its easy to see why the Lume Cube 2.0 is a great addition to anyone's camera bag! I know mine is getting one!!
