    Return Terms & Conditions

    Inspect & Verify: Buyers have 48 hours to confirm gear condition — contact the seller immediately to resolve any misdescription or damage.

    File a Return Request: Submit a return request through GearFocus messaging with photos or documentation. The seller has 24 hours to respond and up to 72 hours to arrange return shipping.

    Escalations: If the seller doesn't respond within 24 hours, contact GearFocus Support at support@gearfocus.com for mediation.

    Return Policy Expectations: Every GearFocus listing comes with our standard 48-hour verification return window. Some approved sellers also offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked return policy — check the listing before you buy.


    • 48-Hour Verification: Report any misdescription or damage within two days of delivery to initiate a return.
    • 14-Day Returns (Select Listings): Where offered, buyers can return for any reason within 14 days. Buyer covers return shipping and seller fees. Excludes drones and items in “Poor” or “As-Is” condition.
    • Condition Requirements: Returns must arrive in original condition, in original packaging, with all parts and accessories.
    • Shipping & Refunds: Buyers cover return shipping unless the item was misrepresented — then the seller pays. All packages must be sent prepaid (no COD). Discounted shipping labels are available through GearFocus.
    • Fees: For voluntary returns not due to seller error: 3.5% payment processing fee and 5% restocking fee, deducted from refund. For items over $1,500: 15% restocking fee may apply.
    • International Orders: Buyers are responsible for any applicable tariffs or import taxes. While we support cross-border transactions, GearFocus's ability to intervene in disputes may be limited due to access and jurisdiction.
