The Canon EOS M100 is a compact mirrorless camera centered on a 24.2MP APS-C sensor processed by Canon's DIGIC 7 engine. It shoots full-resolution 6000x4000 stills and bursts at up to 6.1fps, while the ISO range of 100–25600 provides solid flexibility across different lighting environments. The Hybrid AF system — combining Phase Detection and Contrast Detection across 49 focus points — is backed by Face Detection AF, Eye Tracking, and Subject Tracking for confident portrait and people photography.
Video recording reaches 1080p at up to 60fps (with 24fps and 30fps also available) in 8-bit color. The 3.0-inch LCD at 1,040,000 dots serves as the sole display interface, as no viewfinder is included. The camera connects wirelessly via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, with a Micro HDMI port and USB for wired output.
