The Canon PowerShot SX70 HS centers on a 20MP, 1/2.3-inch sensor driven by a DIGIC 8 image processor, capturing stills at a maximum resolution of 5184x3888 pixels. The ISO range spans 100 to 3200, and the camera's burst mode fires at up to 10 frames per second for action-oriented shooting. For video, the SX70 HS reaches 4K at 30fps and Full HD at 60fps, with a Standard color profile available.
Still shooters can choose from Standard, Vivid, and Neutral color profiles. The autofocus system uses Contrast Detection, without subject or eye tracking.
