Description — Canon V1
The Canon V1 point-and-shoot camera centers on a 1-inch, 20.1MP sensor driven by the DIGIC X image processor, covering an ISO range of 100 to 12800. Its autofocus system spans 31 focus points and combines Contrast Detection, Face Detection AF, and Eye Detection AF, with both eye tracking and subject tracking enabled for versatile subject acquisition. Still photographers can take advantage of a 20fps maximum burst rate and five picture styles — Standard, Portrait, Landscape, Neutral, and Faithful.
Video recording tops out at 4K at 30fps, with 24fps also available, in 8-bit color using Standard or Neutral profiles. Stabilization is provided through Digital/Electronic IS. The back of the camera is dominated by a 3.0-inch, 1.04M-dot LCD — the only framing method, as no viewfinder is included.
Connectivity covers Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB-C, Micro HDMI, and a 3.5mm microphone jack. The polycarbonate body measures 105.5 x 60.9 x 41.4mm and weighs 300g, with no weather sealing. Storage is handled via SD, SDHC, or SDXC cards, and battery life is rated at approximately 320 shots.
