Description — Fujifilm S4600
The Fujifilm FinePix S4600 is a point-and-shoot camera centered on a 16MP CCD sensor with a 1/2.3-inch sensor size, delivering stills at up to 4608x3456 pixels. The camera's ISO 64–6400 range provides meaningful flexibility whether you're shooting in bright daylight or lower-light situations. Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) is on board to help keep handheld shots sharp.
Composing images is made easy by the 3.0-inch TFT LCD display on the rear panel. Autofocus uses a contrast detection system for locking onto subjects. For video, the S4600 records up to 720p resolution.
Burst shooting is supported, though the 1.2 fps maximum rate is best suited for relatively static subjects. Storage is handled via SD, SDHC, and SDXC cards, and the camera connects to a computer through USB. Wireless connectivity is not included, as both WiFi and Bluetooth are absent.
The camera is powered by 4x AA batteries, a practical choice for extended travel where charging infrastructure may be limited. Weather sealing is not present on this model.
