The Fujifilm X70 pairs a 16MP APS-C sensor with the X-Processor II image processor inside a compact aluminum and magnesium alloy body measuring 112.5 x 64.4 x 44.4 mm and weighing 340g. The fixed lens design keeps the form factor tight, while the 3-inch touchscreen LCD at 1,040,000 dots resolution provides a clear and interactive shooting interface. The camera shoots stills at up to 4896x3264 resolution and can fire bursts at 8fps.
Autofocus uses a contrast detection system with a 49-point grid. Color profile options include Standard, Velvia, Astia, and Classic Chrome for photos. Video records at up to 1080p at 60fps in 8-bit, with Standard, Velvia, and Astia color profiles available.
