Description — JVC GY-HM150
The JVC GY-HM150 ProHD camcorder is centered on a 3 x 1/4-inch progressive CCD sensor system, capturing full HD video at 1920 x 1080 resolution. It records in 8-bit color depth across a broad selection of frame rates — 60fps, 50fps, 30fps, 25fps, and 24fps — providing flexibility for different broadcast and production standards. A Standard ISO hot shoe is available for mounting accessories. Operators can choose between a 2.7-inch 230,000-pixel LCD screen or the 260,000-pixel LCOS viewfinder for monitoring. Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) is built in, and autofocus operates via contrast detection alongside full manual focus control.
The body measures 178 x 201 x 366mm with handle and lens hood, weighs 1.6kg, and is constructed from a plastic and metal composite. Weather sealing is not present.
