Description — Kodak DC215
The Kodak DC215 is a metal-bodied point-and-shoot camera with a 1MP sensor producing images at up to 1152x864 pixels in sRGB JPEG format. It stores photos on CompactFlash media and transfers them to a computer via USB. Shooting is guided by either the 1.8-inch TFT LCD (72,000 dots) or an optical tunnel viewfinder, offering two ways to frame your subject.
The fixed-focus system uses a single focus point with no autofocus, keeping operation simple. A built-in flash covers auto, fill, red-eye reduction, and off modes. ISO is fixed at 140, and there is no image stabilization of any kind.
The camera is powered by 4x AA batteries (alkaline, NiMH, or NiCd), with an estimated 100–200 shots per charge. The body weighs 320g and measures 115 x 68 x 43mm, available in a gold-toned Millennium Edition or a standard silver-toned finish. There is no hot shoe, no Wi-Fi, and no Bluetooth.
