The Kodak EasyShare Z730 is a 5MP point-and-shoot compact camera built on a 1/2.5-inch sensor with Kodak's own Color Science Chip handling image processing. Maximum still resolution reaches 2576x1932 pixels, and shooters can select from five color profiles: Natural Color, High Color, Low Color, Monochrome, and Sepia. The ISO sensitivity runs from 80 to 400, suited to everyday lighting conditions.
Composition can be handled via the 2.2-inch fixed LCD at 153,000 dots or through the optical tunnel viewfinder. Video recording tops out at 640x480 at either 12fps or 20fps. The built-in flash operates in Auto, Fill-in, Red-Eye Reduction, and Off modes with a reach of up to 4.0 meters.
