The Leica V-Lux is a bridge-style point-and-shoot built on a 20MP 1-inch sensor processed by the Venus Engine. The ISO range runs from 80 to 12500, and stills top out at 5472x3648 pixels. Burst shooting is capable at 12 fps at full resolution and 30 fps in 4K Photo mode, backed by an autofocus system featuring 49-area, face detection, eye detection, subject tracking, pinpoint, and custom multi modes.
For video, the camera captures 4K at 30p and 24p, Full HD at 60p/30p/24p, and HD at 60p/30p in 8-bit color. The 3.0-inch fully articulated touchscreen LCD resolves 1,240,000 dots, while the OLED electronic viewfinder delivers 2,360,000 dots at 60 Hz. Optical image stabilization is included.
