Description — Olympus Air A01
The Olympus Air A01 is a Micro Four Thirds mirrorless camera module built around the concept of smartphone integration. It pairs via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth with your phone, which serves as the viewfinder, display, and control interface through a dedicated app — there is no screen or viewfinder on the unit itself. The 16MP sensor is processed by the TruePic VII image processor, capturing stills at up to 4608x3456 pixels.
The ISO range spans 200 to 12800, and the 81-point contrast-detection autofocus system provides solid coverage across the frame. Burst shooting reaches 10 fps, making the Air A01 capable for action photography. Video records at up to 1080p at 30fps in 8-bit color depth, with 24fps also available.
Four color profiles — Natural, Vivid, Muted, and Monochrome — are available for both stills and video. Storage is via microSD, microSDHC, or microSDXC cards. The Micro Four Thirds lens mount makes it compatible with a wide range of interchangeable lenses.
The plastic body measures 56.9 x 57.1 x 43.6 mm and weighs just 147g, with the built-in battery rated for approximately 320 shots.
