Description — Olympus PEN E-P7
The Olympus PEN E-P7 is a Micro Four Thirds mirrorless camera centered on a 20MP sensor processed by a TruePic VIII image processor. Its ISO range runs from 200 to 25600, and the autofocus system uses contrast detection across 121 focus points, supplemented by Face Detection AF, Eye Detection AF, and subject tracking. For action and movement, burst shooting tops out at 8.7fps.
Video capabilities include 4K recording at up to 30fps, with frame rate options of 24fps and 30fps, recorded in 8-bit with both Standard and Log color profiles on hand. The 5-axis in-body image stabilization operates without digital IS, keeping stabilization mechanical. Framing is handled through a 3-inch tilting touchscreen LCD at 1,040,000 dots resolution — there is no viewfinder.
The body, built from metal and plastic, measures 118 x 69 x 38mm and weighs 337g. A built-in flash is included, and connectivity covers Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and standard USB. Storage is handled via SD, SDHC, and SDXC cards, and the BLS-50 battery is rated for approximately 350 shots.
