Description — Olympus E-PM1
The Olympus Pen Mini E-PM1 is a Micro Four Thirds mirrorless camera centered on a 12.3MP sensor processed by the TruePic VI image processor. It shoots stills at a maximum resolution of 4032x3024 pixels and supports a burst rate of up to 5fps, making it capable of handling moderate action. The ISO range runs from 200 to 12800, and sensor-shift in-body image stabilization (IBIS) is built in to help counter camera shake.
Autofocus uses a contrast-detection system across 35 focus points. On the video side, the camera records 1080p footage at 24fps or 30fps in 8-bit with Standard and Vivid color profiles. The polycarbonate body measures 109.5 x 63.7 x 34mm and weighs just 265g.
A 3-inch, 460k-dot LCD handles composition, complemented by a built-in flash and an Olympus Standard TTL hot shoe. Output options include Mini HDMI, and storage uses SD/SDHC/SDXC cards. The BLS-5 battery is rated for 330 shots per charge.
