The Olympus SP-610UZ is a 14MP point-and-shoot compact camera equipped with a 1/2.3-inch sensor and the TruePic III image processor. It delivers an ISO range of 80 to 3200 and uses a Dual IS system — combining lens-based and in-body stabilization — to help manage camera shake in handheld situations. Autofocus is handled by Contrast Detection and Face Detection AF across 11 focus points, with subject tracking enabled for moving subjects.
The 3.0-inch TFT Color LCD display at 230,000 dots serves as the primary framing and review tool, as no optical viewfinder is present.
