Description — Olympus Stylus 1010
The Olympus Stylus 1010 is a compact point-and-shoot camera centered on a 10MP, 1/2.3-inch sensor processed through the TruePic III image processor. Its ISO range runs from 64 to 1600, and the camera's Dual IS system — combining lens-based and in-body stabilization — helps keep shots sharp when shooting handheld. The aluminum alloy front panel body measures just 94.7 x 56.7 x 24.3 mm and weighs 125g, making it genuinely pocketable.
The Water Resistant body sealing adds practical protection for travel or outdoor use. Composing shots is done entirely through the 2.7-inch TFT LCD with 230,000 dots of resolution, as there is no viewfinder. Stills can be captured in burst mode at up to 7fps, and color profiles include sRGB, Vivid, Natural, Monotone, and Sepia.
Video records at up to 480p at 30fps in 8-bit color. Autofocus relies on contrast detection with iESP and Face Detection. The LI-42B Lithium-Ion battery is rated for approximately 240 shots per charge (CIPA standard).
