The Panasonic LUMIX FZ60 is a 16MP point-and-shoot camera equipped with a 1/2.3-inch sensor and a maximum still resolution of 4608x3456 pixels. Its Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) system helps keep images sharp during handheld shooting. For video, the FZ60 records full HD footage at multiple frame rates — 1080i/60, 1080i/50, 1080p/30, and 1080p/25 — giving videographers a reasonable range of options.
The contrast detection autofocus system covers a 23-area layout for subject positioning flexibility. Burst shooters will appreciate the 10 fps continuous shooting mode. The camera features a 3-inch LCD with 460,000 dots of resolution and an electronic viewfinder at 202,000 dots.
