Description — Pentax Optio I-10
The Pentax Optio I-10 is a 12MP point-and-shoot compact camera equipped with a 1/2.3-inch sensor and Pentax's Prime image processor. Its ISO sensitivity spans 80 to 6400, offering reasonable flexibility for different lighting situations. The camera captures stills at up to 4000x3000 pixels and records 720p HD video at 30fps or 15fps in 8-bit color.
A 2.7-inch TFT LCD with 230,000 dots serves as the sole means of composition — no viewfinder is present. Autofocus uses contrast detection across 9 points, with face detection AF and subject tracking also onboard. Image stabilization is handled via sensor-shift IBIS, with digital IS available as a secondary option.
The built-in flash supports Auto, On, Off, Red-eye, and Soft modes, and still image color profiles include Standard, Vivid, Black & White, Sepia, and Digital Filters. Storage is via SD and SDHC cards, with USB connectivity. The plastic body with leatherette texture weighs 153g and measures 101 x 65 x 28 mm.
There is no weather sealing, no Wi-Fi, and no Bluetooth. Battery life is rated at approximately 250 shots (CIPA standard) using the D-LI92 rechargeable Li-ion battery.
