Description — Ricoh WG-70
The Ricoh WG-70 is a weather-sealed point-and-shoot compact built around a 16MP, 1/2.3-inch sensor with an ISO range of 125 to 6400. The body is made from reinforced polycarbonate with metal elements, weighs just 193g, and measures approximately 122.5 x 61.5 x 29.5mm — tough enough for adventure use without being bulky. Autofocus is handled by a contrast detection system with AI-based subject tracking across 9 focus points.
Image stabilization is digital/electronic, and six in-camera color profiles — including Monochrome, Slide Film, and Cross Processing — offer creative flexibility straight from the camera. Video records at up to 1080p at 30fps in 8-bit, with a 120fps high-speed option also available. The fixed 2.7-inch TFT LCD display at 230,000 dots handles all framing duties, as there is no viewfinder.
Storage options span internal memory plus SD, SDHC, and SDXC cards. A built-in flash reaches up to 5.5m at Auto ISO, and the camera connects via USB and Micro HDMI, though Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are not included.
