Description — Samsung PL120
The Samsung PL120 DualView compact camera is built around a practical dual-screen concept that addresses one of the most common frustrations with point-and-shoot photography: framing self-portraits blind. The 1.5-inch front LCD (61K dots) lets subjects see exactly how they'll appear in the shot, while the 2.7-inch rear display (230K dots) handles standard framing and playback duties. Imaging is handled by a 14MP sensor in a 1/2.3-inch format, producing stills at up to 4320x3240 pixels.
The autofocus system covers contrast detection, face detection AF, and subject tracking to help keep people sharp. For video, the camera records at up to 720p at 30fps. The ISO 80–3200 range, built-in flash, and Digital/Electronic IS round out the imaging tools.
Storage uses microSD and microSDHC cards, and the camera connects via USB. At 110g and just 94 x 54.5 x 18.8 mm, it fits easily in a pocket and runs on a BP70A battery.
