Description — Samsung ST50
The Samsung ST50 is a point-and-shoot compact camera built into a brushed stainless steel body that measures just 94.2 x 55.7 x 16.6 mm and tips the scales at 121.4g — genuinely slim enough for a shirt pocket. At its core sits a 12MP, 1/2.3-inch sensor capable of capturing stills at 4000x3000 pixels. Five color profiles — Standard, Vivid, Black & White, Sepia, and Negative — let you dial in a look in-camera.
Video recording tops out at 720p at 30fps. The 2.7-inch TFT LCD with 230,000 dots handles all composition and image review duties, as there is no viewfinder of any kind. Autofocus uses contrast detection with a single focus point.
The camera's ISO 80–3200 range covers everyday shooting conditions. A built-in pop-up flash is on hand when light runs short. Storage is via SD or SDHC cards, and the camera connects externally over USB.
The SLB-10A Li-ion battery is rated for approximately 150 shots per charge.
