Description — Sony SLT-A33
The Sony Alpha SLT-A33 pairs a 14.2 MP APS-C sensor with the Sony BIONZ image processor to deliver stills at up to 4592 x 3056 pixels and an ISO range of 100 to 12800. Its 15-point Phase Detection autofocus system includes subject tracking, and the camera can shoot at up to 7 fps in burst mode. For video, the SLT-A33 captures 1920 x 1080 Full HD footage in 8-bit color at frame rates including 60i, 50i, 30p, 25p, and 24p.
The camera's Sensor-Shift IBIS stabilizes images at the sensor level regardless of the lens attached. On the back, a 3.0-inch fully articulated TruBlack LCD with 921,000 dots makes it easy to shoot from low or high angles, while the electronic viewfinder delivers a 1,440,000-dot image at a 60Hz refresh rate. Connectivity includes Mini HDMI Type C, USB, and a 3.5mm stereo microphone jack.
The body is built from polycarbonate and metal chassis, measures 124 x 92 x 85 mm, and comes in at 500g. Storage options include SD, SDHC, SDXC, and Memory Stick PRO Duo cards. Note that no weather sealing is present on this body.
