Description — Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T300
The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T300 is a metal-bodied compact point-and-shoot camera weighing just 175g and measuring 94 x 59 x 21mm — designed to fit easily into a pocket or small bag. At its core is a 10MP, 1/2.3-inch sensor paired with Sony's BIONZ image processor, producing stills at up to 3648x2736 pixels. The standout hardware feature is the 3.5-inch touch screen LCD at 230,000 dots, which replaces the traditional button-only interface with a more direct, touch-driven experience.
Built-in Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) helps compensate for camera shake. Autofocus uses Contrast Detection and Face Detection AF with 9 focus points. The ISO 80–3200 range and four color profiles — Natural, Vivid, Monochrome, and Sepia — give photographers basic creative control straight from the camera.
The built-in flash supports Auto, On, Off, and Red-Eye Reduction modes. For video, recording is available at 640x480 at 30fps in 8-bit Standard color. Storage is via Memory Stick or Memory Stick PRO Duo, and the NP-BD1 battery is rated for approximately 260 shots per charge.
