The Sony Cyber-shot RX100 V packs a 20MP 1-inch sensor and BIONZ X image processor into an aluminum alloy body measuring just 102 x 58 x 41 mm and weighing 299g. The ISO range runs from 125 to 12800, and lens-based optical image stabilization is built in. Sony's Fast Hybrid AF system draws on 315 phase-detection AF points and 25 contrast-detection points, with both eye tracking and subject tracking enabled.
Continuous shooting reaches 24 fps with a buffer capable of holding up to 233 JPEGs, and a high-speed mode pushes to 120 fps. Video tops out at 4K, with frame rate options that include 24p, 30p, 60p, 120p, 240p, 480p, and 960p. Both photo and video modes support S-Log2 alongside Standard, Vivid, Neutral, Portrait, Landscape, Black & White, and Custom profiles.
