Description — Viltrox 13mm f/1.4
The Viltrox 13mm f/1.4 is a wide-angle prime lens built specifically for APS-C mirrorless camera systems. With a maximum aperture of f/1.4, it offers strong low-light performance and the ability to achieve background separation even at wide focal lengths. The 13mm focal length places it squarely in wide-angle territory, ideal for landscapes, interiors, and environmental portraits on crop-sensor bodies.
Autofocus is fully supported, ensuring responsive performance for both stills and video shooting. The lens is available across three mount options — Sony E, Fujifilm X, and Nikon Z — making it accessible to a large share of the APS-C mirrorless user base. Weighing in at 420g, it remains portable enough for extended shooting sessions without becoming burdensome.
A 67mm filter thread allows for straightforward use with standard screw-on filters. It's worth noting that this lens has no built-in image stabilization, so in-body stabilization on the host camera would be needed to compensate for camera shake in low-light situations.
