Description — Voigtlander 35mm f/1.4 II SC
The Voigtlander Nokton Classic 35mm f/1.4 II SC is a full-frame, Leica M mount prime lens built for photographers who value manual control and deliberate shooting. With a 35mm fixed focal length and a maximum aperture of f/1.4, it covers the classic standard-wide perspective with plenty of light-gathering capability. The Single Coating treatment is the defining character trait of this version — it intentionally allows more flare and lower contrast than modern multi-coated designs, lending images a warm, classic quality that digital shooters increasingly seek.
At just 200g, it is easy to carry all day without fatigue, and the 43mm filter thread keeps accessory costs modest. The lens is manual focus only with no image stabilization, placing the photographer firmly in control of every exposure. Compatible with mirrorless bodies via the Leica M mount, it is a focused tool for photographers who know exactly what they want from a lens.
