Description — Z-Cam E2-M4
The Z-Cam E2-M4 is a purpose-built cinema camera centered on a Micro Four Thirds sensor delivering 10.3 MP effective resolution and a native Micro Four Thirds lens mount. Video capture reaches 4K DCI (4096 x 2160) with a broad selection of frame rates spanning 23.976fps through 160fps, and up to 240fps in FHD, giving cinematographers substantial slow-motion flexibility. Codec options cover 8-bit H.264, 10-bit H.265 and ProRes 422, and 12-bit ProRes RAW via Full HDMI output, with storage across CFast and SSD media.
Color science includes Z-Log2, Rec.709, Flat, and HLG profiles for both stills and video. The ISO range extends from 500 to 102400. Built into an aluminum alloy chassis measuring 91.2 x 98.9 x 89.1 mm and weighing 834g, the E2-M4 is designed for compact rigging setups.
Connectivity covers Full HDMI, USB-C, Wi-Fi, and 3.5mm stereo jacks for both microphone and headphone monitoring. The camera is powered by the widely available Sony NP-F series (L-series) batteries.
