Excellent condition and functions with Contax 645 type lenses like the Contax Planar, or Distagon type lenses on a Fujifilm GFX50, GFX100 type body. Allows for autofocus and other EXIF information to be passed to the camera. Since I don't use the Contax lenses anymore I do not need the adapter.
