The included turtle base is removable for convenient transport and storage, and it may also receive a standard Junior pin for placing a light instrument or accessory low to the floor. Combined with the C-stand is a telescoping, 3-section steel cross arm boom with a pivoting boom arm clamp. The boom arm's rubber grip base, integrated weight hook, and included sandbag allow the arm to position a light or accessory with ease and counterbalance it to prevent it from drifting out of position.
