Description
Excellent rarely used super-telephoto fixed focal length fast lens for Sony A Mount. Have used this to shoot pictures of animal life on the golf course outside my home, hydroplane races, and the moon. It has taken less than 100 pictures. Best tripod mounted, and I have attached a quick release mounting plate to it. Teleconverter compatible in manual focus mode only. Autofocus is fast on my Sony cameras. This lens original cost was $5000, when the Sony 500mm lenses were 10-12,000.00 years ago. Now they are very difficult to find in the A Mount.

Reason for selling: Advancing age necessitates me going to a lighter weight bridge camera with a fixed lens. So I am selling all of my Sony cameras and lenses and accessories.
