Arri II-C with integrated Norris Time Lapse Accessories

This Arri 2C camera, S/N C-9376, with PL lens mount, is coupled on Norris platforms with a Norris step motor for shooting time-lapse footage on 35mm film. The Arri has 2 viewfinders: the original viewfinder/film compartment and a rare removable camera door with a slit-beam video tap, a pivoting viewfinder, and a miniature Jurgen’s CCD color video camera that feeds external monitors (not included). The camera can be used for constant or variable crystal fps rates with the included Cinematography Electronics, Crystal Motor Base S/N 19334 (Made in U.S.A.). Two 200ft. “compact” 35mm film magazines complete the camera package.

The time-lapse core component is a Norris SCC-300 Intervalometer that provides crystal-timed speeds from 1/16 second to 8 minutes, as well as exposure intervals ranging from 1 fps to 60 hours at 1-second increments, with selections of 1 to 15 frames per pulse. The time-lapse gear includes the Norris step motor, a capping shutter S/N CS 5-329 with Norris controller, and an external 120-volt AC/12-volt DC constant-power source. Included are the original Norris operating manual and all necessary cables and connectors, as shown in the photo of all components.

The gathering is a robust, state-of-the-art professional 35mm motion-picture system, all of which is housed in a single professional equipment hard case in good working order.
