This Basecamp F11 beginner skateboard is brand new. Never been out of the box new. Never been stepped on new. Accessories not unwrapped, new. I did test the same model (not the actual board) as shown in this video: https://youtu.be/5uPtCh1tX3A and it did a dandy job. For me the distance on one battery was about 9 miles and it can go about 10 MPH, which is pretty fast. Has a remote that you can configure the braking and acceleration profiles too. It's a mini board so it isn't bad to carry around and it comes with a carrying kind of a back pack which works pretty well. I have to say that it was pretty darn fun to ride, and I have no broken bones or contusions to prove it! The full kit comes with the board, remote, charger, USB Cable for charging the remote, backpack carrier, T-tool, deck guard and users manual. I've corresponded with the company on numerous occasions and they have been fantastic to deal with. Had one misunderstanding initially and the company resolved it immediately. You can always tell the character of company based on how they react to an issue, and they did well. (Check out the company here:

Speaking of character, can you believe some people would buy a skateboard, tool around the neighborhood acting like a big shot, then when they crash in front of the sexy thing down the street they were trying to impress, blame the board for veering wildly out of control and try to return it? Un-freakin believable right? Well, we don't accept returns for any reason so if you have any thoughts that this situation sound familiar to you, "No soup for you!" That sexy thing was more of a scooter person anyway, so move along...
