This is the Illuminati IM100A Light and Color Meter, and the ability to measure both light and color temperature is exactly what led me to purchase this originally. I've used this handy tool since it originally released, and love the compact size and how it's designed to work with the phone app. I'm ready to part with it however, as I've upgraded to a Sekonic color meter. This meter from Illuminati is still fantastic for its price point in comparison. Take note that this isn't the most current model from the Illuminati line (current is the IM150), but a previous generation model. I'm not entirely sure what features they added with the newer IM50 model, but it doesn't appear to be drastically different. It powers from two AAA batteries. It also comes with two magnetic mounting accessories that allow you to clip the meter to something like a shirt collar, or the offset mount that allows you to have it propped up on a surface. The meter was very well taken care of during its use, and is in excellent condition. No significant signs of use or wear & tear.
