I bought this lens in July for an upcoming trip this fall, but decided I'd like something a bit wider. Unfortunately, I realized this after Canon's 14 day return window. This lens is out of the box brand-new. I only used it to take a few test shots in my backyard. The lens comes with the lens hood, lens case, lens cap and dust cap. I have all the original packaging, including the shipping box it came in. I also have all the original paperwork that was inside.
